The design balances the elegance of arched forms with the clarity of contemporary architecture. Tall glazed openings establish a measured rhythm across the main façade, while the white vertical frames define the corner volume and give the composition a strong urban identity. Light stone textures contrast with dark veined panels, bronze-toned arch linings and intricate metal screens. The entrance canopy creates a clear focal point, while expansive glazing adds depth and connects the building visually with its surroundings. Integrated linear lighting follows the architectural outlines and highlights the entrances. Planted borders, clipped shrubs and terrace planters soften the composition. Muted autumn colours and gentle daylight complete a calm, dignified presentation.
