About Castler
Castler is an architecture and design company focused on commercial work, founded in Namangan, Uzbekistan in 2013 and now growing across the country. Over more than twelve years, the company's projects have realised approximately 300,000 m² — from private homes to large-scale retail and business developments.
The company was founded by architect Otabek Isoqjonov, who continues to serve as its creative lead today — and is widely known on Instagram, where his work reaches hundreds of thousands of followers across Uzbekistan. Castler works across two core disciplines — interior design and architecture/exterior design — bringing together the right expertise for each project.
Why Castler
For Castler, good architecture has to deliver two things at once: strong design and a working business outcome. We evaluate a project not only on how it looks, but on how it performs — how it generates revenue, how flexible it is, and how usable it remains over time. Castler carries a project from initial concept through structural and engineering solutions to on-site construction supervision. Clients work with one team for the entire process, rather than coordinating multiple separate contractors themselves.

Castler's portfolio spans private houses, villas, multi-storey residential buildings, restaurants, office centres, and large commercial developments. Among its most significant projects is Afsona Mall, a 50,000 m² shopping centre selected in competition with an international contractor and currently in the construction-supervision phase — a live proof point of Castler's ability to manage large, complex commercial work.

Castler declines certain projects on principle — including work for alcohol-related businesses.
