Each bedroom is composed around a single dramatic fixture — a tiered fabric pendant, a cluster of hanging candle-style lamps — hung over a tall upholstered headboard, with a plaster ceiling medallion tying the lighting back into the architecture above it.
A muted taupe-and-walnut palette runs through every room, with curved joinery, backlit niches, and herringbone flooring keeping the detailing rich without breaking the calm, tonal restraint of the house.
Outside, the same warmth carries into the architecture itself: a low beige-stucco villa with a deep entrance overhang, slatted timber screening, and a cypress-lined motor court that sets the tone before a single interior door is opened.
